As an employee whenever my employer complement my work I feel that I am important in his company. For my co-employee he make sure to give us a business gifts everytime we did a great job well done. Sometimes when my employer thank me for helping him in processing the work i feel glad because he do appreciate the job and the effort I gave for the work. He don’t just make sure that the employee receive the right service payment or the salary he always approach the employee asking for their situation and every holiday he make it a point to give his employee business holiday gifts. One time I asked her secretary if where did he find the ideas of giving gifts to the employee. He had different kind of business gift ideas.
He said that he wanted to treat his employee not just an employee but as a close person to him. And sometimes being approachable employer you can win the trust and loyalty of your employee. In this way they won’t think of doing bad to the employer and they will remain loyal to the employer even they decided to resign in the company. And winning the loyalty of the employee can lead the business to success and make the business more stronger and stronger. in this way the business is stronger and the business will live more longer and the customer will trust your business. With this factor the business can be successful and you as the business employer I can lead you to be a successful entrepreneur.
