But for a competitive athlete that wants to develop a specific sporting ability, you can use the bench press to enhance specifics in your training.</div>
<div style="width: 1px;height: 1px">If you want to increase absolute strength, then a bench press workout needs to be designed that works you over a low rep range. Normally to develop absolute strength you have to do sets in the range of 1 to 6 repetitions. Training with this type of weight which is usually somewhere between 85% to 100% of your absolute one rep maximum, trains not only the muscles but also your central nervous system.</div>
<div style="width: 1px;height: 1px">If you are an athlete that needs to move up in weight, such as a boxer or MMA fighter, you can use the bench press to pack muscle mass in the upper body. The ideal rep range in this situation would be to choose reps between 8 to 12, and train for a least 9 to 12 sets in total. You could use variations of the flat barbell bench press in terms of your grip and range of motion. Powerlifters often employed technique known as board presses. You can also use stretch bands and chains to increase the resistance at the top of the movement. Another thing you can do to increase hypertrophy is to change the angle of the bench. This will hit, or rather emphasise different sections of your pectoral muscles, anterior deltoids and triceps.</div>

The duration and frequency of these attacks may vary in each person.  When these anxiety attacks are left untreated for a long period of time it can turn into a panic disorder. When a person has a panic disorder, he may experience anxiety attacks every day.</p>
<p>When will anxiety attacks turn into a panic disorder? <p>You probably don&#8217;t know me, but in my own city I am known as the &#8216;one who challenged medical authorities&#8217;. You see, I have worked in the medical industry for years over years, until five years ago everything changed. The cards were shuffled. My wife visited the doctor in order to treat her urinary tract infections, and Mr. Doc, in his own medical fashioned way, told her to drink cranberry juice. <p>My wife continued to suffer from this horrendous condition, whilst still drinking these cranberries like it&#8217;s going to save her from misery. What I found out was fascinating &#8212; Apparently, there is not even a single record in medical history of cranberries being able to treat urinary tract infections. What they CAN do is prevent them from happening in first place, but that little misunderstanding cost my wife (and life) months of unnecessary suffering.</p>
<p>Why am I telling you that? I am fond of the concept of trusting yourself when it comes to your body. Never assumes a doctor is a god just because he is.. well, a doctor. Always challenge authorities.</p>
<p>The next story is actually about Stevia. This little sweet plant that is taking over the world slowly. Another doctor told me that it has severe side effects and that I should avoid this plant altogether. That&#8217;s what I did, for years, and continued consuming Aspartame, until recently I found out that Stevia has been found to be poisoiunous in amounts that would even make water poisonous! The funny thing is that the very same doctor introduced me to that &#8216;research&#8217;, to my surprise.</p>
<p>You make your own decisions from my &#8216;stories&#8217;, but my goal here was to make you question anything that relates to your health. It is our most important thing and we must take care of it. Even if your doctor says differently.</p>
